Experience

Colina Greenway has been practising as a specialist employment lawyer for more than 20 years. She has advised corporate clients and senior individuals from a wide range of industries on all aspects of employment law.

Colina read law at Worcester College, Oxford University and has an MBA from London Business School. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1993 Colina has specialised in employment law, advising employers and senior individuals on all aspects of UK employment law and business immigration matters. Colina also has wide experience of cross-border HR issues, assisting clients to resolve issues wherever they have interests utilising the network of senior local employment lawyers worldwide that she has built during her career.

Colina trained in the City of London and spent nearly 15 years working for City firms, including two practices associated with “Big Four” accounting firms. The experience of working closely in multidisciplinary teams with accountants, actuaries, tax advisers and management consultants inspired Colina to take an MBA at London Business School (passed with Distinction in 2000) and has been a strong influence on Colina’s approach to advising her clients.

In early 2006 Colina established her first boutique employment practice, going on to become a founder member of Abbiss Cadres LLP in late 2008, before launching her current practice in June 2011.
